The formula delivers 50 billion CFU across 16 strains, with a meaningful emphasis on Lactobacillus strains — the dominant organisms in a healthy vaginal microbiome. L. reuteri and L. fermentum are specifically included for their clinical research supporting vaginal pH balance and reduction of yeast colonization.
