Stinging Nettles - Loose Leaf

$6.99

Frontier Co-op Organic Stinging Nettle Leaf

Stinging nettle is one of the more nutrient-dense herbs you can steep — rich in minerals including iron, calcium, magnesium, and silica, with a long history of use for seasonal allergy support, kidney and urinary health, and as a general mineral-rich tonic. The dried leaf has none of the sting of the fresh plant and brews into an earthy, mildly bitter tea that pairs well with lemon or honey.

Frontier Co-op sources certified organic nettle leaf from Bulgaria with no artificial additives, irradiation, or chemical processing.

Steep 1 to 2 teaspoons in boiling water for 5 to 10 minutes. Also works well in soups, smoothies, and herbal infusions.

Consult a practitioner before use during pregnancy or with medications.
