Vitamin D and K2 have a working relationship that makes them more effective together than either is alone. D3 increases calcium absorption, but without adequate K2, that calcium can end up deposited in soft tissue and arterial walls rather than directed into bone. K2 — specifically in the menaquinone-7 (MK-7) form — activates the proteins responsible for routing calcium to the right places, making it an important companion to any meaningful D3 dose.

This formula delivers both in an emulsified liquid, which matters for absorption. Since D3 and K2 are both fat-soluble, the emulsification process pre-disperses them in an olive oil base, removing the dependence on a fatty meal for adequate uptake. Five drops daily provides 2,000 IU of D3 alongside K2 as MK-7 — a convenient option for those who prefer liquids, have difficulty swallowing capsules, or need flexible dosing.

Lightly flavored, stevia-sweetened, and free from artificial additives.
