Kitsch Stainless Steel Gua Sha
Gua sha uses gentle, repeated strokes along the face to stimulate circulation, support lymphatic drainage, and relieve facial muscle tension — the same mechanisms behind the de-puffing and sculpting effects people notice with consistent use.
Kitsch's version is stainless steel rather than the traditional jade or quartz, which makes it more durable, non-porous, and easier to sanitize. It also retains temperature well — keep it in the fridge for a cooling effect that doubles the de-puffing benefit.
Apply a facial oil first for slip. Hold at a 15-degree angle and sweep outward from the center in upward strokes, 3 to 5 passes per area.
